Our data center location in Kyiv, Ukraine, has been unavailable since 11:10 EEST (08:10 UTC) on September 23 due to the consequences of a Russian attack in the area where the data center is located.
For safety reasons, infrastructure equipment at the data center has been powered off.
According to preliminary information from the data center staff, the equipment does not appear to have sustained any damage. However, there is currently no estimated time for power restoration and bringing the affected services back online.
Unfortunately, under the current circumstances, we are unable to provide even an approximate timeframe for service restoration.
We continue to monitor the situation closely and remain in contact with the data center staff. Further information will be published on our Status Page as soon as it becomes available.
